Enigmator doesn't have any license. You can use it for any purposes and do whatever do you want with this source code without any restrictions. But, pay attention that Enigmator use some third-party libraries which have it. Please, look carefully.
The licenses for each library are located in their respective library folder. Licenses that are not exist there mean that the library either don't have any license or its license is unknown.
